Company Secretary
Our client is looking for a Company Secretary to join their team. This position would suit an individual who has the ability to work on their own initiative and who is highly focused on positively representing the Company and meeting client expectations in relation to Company Secretarial and associated matters. Based in Dublin city centre this is a permanent role with great benefits.
Responsibilities
Managing a varied portfolio of Investment Fund client.
Provision of a broad spectrum of company secretarial services, including board facing responsibilities, board attendance and minute taking, statutory and regulatory compliance, governance and best practice.
Ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within our commercial operating model.
Preparation of board books, AGM and EGM documentation and board resolutions, taking and preparation of meeting minutes and ensuring action points are addressed. |

Excellent communication and organisation skills

| Desirable Experience: |
1-2 years Company Secretary experience in the Funds Industry preferred |
| Required Education: |
ICSA qualified or part qualified |
