Job Summary
Join an established transfer agency team with a global financial services provider and take the next step within your career. These two new roles with my client, a global custodian, will involve working in the full A-Z Transfer Agency process; including managing client relationships.
For these roles you need to have experience in the A-Z process of transfer agency; both dealing and cash management. Supervisors and managers assist in the development and delivery of training courses to staff and participate in the recruitment process. You will manage/supervise a total of 5-10 employees.
Responsibilities
Managing and developing client relationships
Manage the monthly subscriptions/redemptions processing
Reviewing monthly activity
Initial document review
Reviewing systems requirements of the team / client and work with ISS team on developments.
Managing month end deadlines
Ensuring the team adhere to internal controls and procedures
Assisting with annual audit where necessary
Managing client initialization and transition
Managing team resources, performance and career development

| Required Skills: |
A-Z transfer agency experience is required for both of these roles; both dealing and cash management (5-6 years for Manager level and 3-4 for Supervisor level)
3 years+ Hedge funds experience is essential for these roles
Previous people management experience is required for both roles (reviewing work, training staff, for supervisor level and one to ones appraisals, performance reviews for manager level) |
