Financial Planning and Analysis
Ongoing planning and forecasting in a geographically disparate and fast-paced environment that will include ground up detailed 2 year budget cycle in close coordination with teams, Assistance with strategic planning for SBF submission and continuous incremental forecasting based on business drivers and trends.
Ongoing monthly analysis of the business from a legal entity and profit centre perspective. Monitor performance, highlight trends and examine causes of unexpected differences and provide variance analysis commentary vs plan and prior periods.
Business partner for underwriters and divisional heads by providing understanding and insight into key profit levers, financials and trends. Business facing with understanding of profit centers underwriting appetite, core accounts, reinsurance approach and market conditions.
Assist with the production of MI reports on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
Provide ad hoc reports. Modelling to support strategic initiatives, bespoke slide decks for management meetings and report composition and presentation. Integrate the role of the offshore team in other locations into FP&A?s core processes.
