Group Reporting Financial Accountant
As part of the continuous growth of this Company, they are now looking to recruit an additional Group Reporting Financial Accountant.
* Overseeing the On-Boarding of new Clients into the Group
* Training new companies on Group Reporting requirements and systems
* Preparation of acquisition memos, purchase price acquisition calculations and GAAP to IFRS reviews
* Overseeing quarterly group reporting of subsidiaries in the Consolidation System
* Complete the financial reporting on a monthly & quarterly basis for a holding company which has 6 subsidiaries.
