The Company:
My client, a leading financial services institution provides specialist financial services products to alternative investment funds, investors, private clients and Multinationals. With employees in over 20 countries and clients in almost 100, they are a pioneering, client centric organisation.
The Role:
Arising due to an internal move this role, at VP level, sits within the broader Equities team. It is a senior position with a mix of 20 direct and indirect reports. In the role, you’ll ultimately be responsible for trade execution, affirmations and confirmations whilst ensuring quantity, price and commission of trades are correct for European clients across multiple jurisdictions. Control & Risk procedures are also extremely important, ensuring the firm is risk flat by trading day end. You’ll also be facing off with high touch clients and those in the front office team based in London.
About You:
First and foremost, you will need to come from a similar background with experience on the buy side or sell side within Middle Office, Stock Broking, Equities Broking or a Prime Brokerage. You’ll have a mature outlook and the ability to coach and motivate a sizeable team, and have a technical aptitude and inquisitive mind set.
