Office Manager



New role with new company just opening in Dublin. It is an established Company coming here. Here you will be responsible for providing office management and administration services to the office, as well as first line HR support to employees. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the office in line with Company standards, including but not limited to Monitor and purchase office equipment and supplies as necessary in line with company procedures. Responsible for onsite health and safety including desk assessments, fire safety standards etc. Manage allocation of office space to employees. Liaise with and engage external vendors on the company?s behalf to ensure all office requirements are met including obtaining the best possible rate for the organisation. Organise and oversee any events for the company including internal and external social events and external client events. Provide first line HR support to employees in line with Company processes including but not limited to Onboarding, employment checks, Policy queries and interview scheduling. Provide clerical support to the Group CEO as required.



We are looking for experience in an office manager administrative role in an international company. Experience of managing HR activities. Organisational and administrative skills, including proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail. Able to use initiative to identify process improvements. Must be able to work effectively independently. High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
